You must be a business owner to earn points in the Rinnai Plus Rewards Programme. Complete and submit the online join form for approval.
Once approved, you will be set up with a member account and can start earning points on eligible Rinnai purchases from plumbing merchants.
Visit rewards-shop.co.nz where you’ll find over 6,000 rewards to choose from. You can also redeem via your Rinnai Plus app.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, give us a call on 0800 003 904 to let us know what you’re after and we’ll do our best to get you your Dream Reward.
The fastest and easiest way to check your points balance is by logging into your Rinnai Plus dashboard or programme app. Alternatively, you can log in to rewards-shop.co.nz or keep an eye on your inbox for regular email updates.
As long as you meet the Rinnai trading terms and Rinnai Plus programme terms and conditions, your points will be issued approximately one month after the month of purchase. For example, if you make an eligible Rinnai purchase in March, points will be issued in May.
Rewards can take 10 – 15 working days to be delivered. If you have ordered more than one reward, they may be coming from different suppliers, so you may receive one earlier than the other.
If you haven’t received your rewards within 10 – 15 working days, please contact us.
Click the login button on the top right corner of the website, or open your My Rewards app – enter your email address, then click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
